Who is responsible

Information we use

We may use your name, contact details, stay dates, guest count, booking correspondence, payment status and information necessary for invoices and lawful guest registration. This lets us answer enquiries, prepare and administer reservations, receive payment, meet legal and tax obligations, protect the property and resolve disputes.

PayPal and banks process payment credentials under their own privacy terms. May Lola does not ask guests to send full credit-card numbers by email or WhatsApp.

Optional Google Analytics

With your consent, MayLola.com uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-D1171FSK2E) to understand page visits and actions such as direct-booking, phone, email, WhatsApp and review-link clicks. Analytics is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics.” Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage.

Google may process device, browser, approximate-location and usage information as an independent service provider, including outside the EEA under applicable transfer safeguards. Declining analytics does not affect the website or your ability to book.

Legal basis and retention

Booking data is processed to take steps at your request, perform the accommodation contract, meet legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and property protection. Optional analytics is based on consent. Booking and tax records are retained for the period required by Greek law; other enquiries are deleted when no longer needed.

Sharing and your rights

Information is shared only where necessary with payment, hosting, email and professional service providers, authorities and people supporting your stay. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
