MayLola.com is the direct website for the apartment. Direct booking removes the platform service fee from the reservation and gives you a direct line to the people who run the place, before and during your stay.
Airbnb remains useful for independently viewing May Lola's public hosting history and guest feedback. A direct reservation, however, is made with Paros Lux E.E. and does not include Airbnb's services or protections.

A separate refundable €1,500 security deposit is due by PayPal 7 days before check-in. It is not part of the accommodation total and is returned within 72 hours of checkout, subject to inspection.

3. Pay and confirm
Pay by PayPal or EUR bank transfer. Bank-transfer proof or cleared funds are due within 48 hours. Confirmation follows receipt.

How can I confirm that the payment request is genuine?
Use only the contact details on MayLola.com: info@maylola.com and +30 694 036 8108. Confirm bank details through those channels before transferring funds, and never send a full card number by email or WhatsApp.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation at least 90 days before check-in receives a full refund of the booking payment. Cancellation fewer than 90 days before check-in receives a 50% refund. No-shows and early departures are not refunded.
Does direct booking include Airbnb protection?
No. Airbnb is an independent platform. Direct bookings are contracts with Paros Lux E.E. and follow May Lola's published direct-booking terms.
When is the security deposit due?
The refundable €1,500 security deposit is paid by PayPal 7 days before check-in and returned within 72 hours of checkout, subject to inspection.
