Book directly with Paros Lux E.E. using PayPal or a EUR bank transfer — with no third-party platform service fee.
- €240 accommodation per night
- 13% VAT on accommodation only
- €90 cleaning fee per stay
- 4 nights minimum stay
4-night example: €960 accommodation + €124.80 VAT + €90 cleaning = €1,174.80 total
A separate refundable €1,500 security deposit is due by PayPal 7 days before check-in. It is not part of the accommodation total and is returned within 72 hours of checkout, subject to inspection.
Confirming your stay
Full payment is due when the reservation is made. Pay by PayPal or EUR bank transfer. For bank-transfer reservations, cleared payment or proof of transfer must be received within 48 hours or the dates may be released. A reservation is confirmed only after payment is received and written confirmation is issued.
Clear refund rules
- At least 90 days before check-in: 100% refund of the booking payment.
- Fewer than 90 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking payment.
- No-show: no refund.
- Early departure: no refund for unused nights or services.
€1,500 paid separately through PayPal
The refundable security deposit is due 7 days before check-in and is not included in the accommodation total. Following checkout and inspection, the undamaged balance is refunded through the original PayPal transaction within 72 hours after checkout. Any proposed deduction for documented damage, missing items, exceptional cleaning or another breach of the agreed house rules will be explained and supported with evidence.
